Using Catbreed
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Catbreed quiz, guides, recommendations, and paid reports.

Catbreed offers educational compatibility guidance based on broad breed tendencies and the answers you provide. It is not veterinary, medical, allergy, behavioral, financial, or legal advice. Breed does not determine an individual cat’s personality, health, or suitability, and no match is a guarantee.
Your responsibility
Meet and evaluate the individual cat, ask the shelter, rescue, breeder, or veterinarian appropriate questions, and obtain professional guidance when health, allergies, safety, or welfare are involved. You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers and your adoption and purchasing decisions.
Paid reports
A paid Cat Match Report is a one-time purchase for your personal, noncommercial use. You may save or print your own report, but may not resell, reproduce commercially, scrape, or republish the service or its content. Your report link is a private access key; you are responsible for deciding who receives it.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms. Prices and product descriptions are shown before checkout. Cat Match Reports include a 7-day happiness guarantee; details are explained in our refund policy.
Affiliate recommendations
Some links are affiliate links, including Amazon links. Catbreed may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Products, prices, availability, warranties, delivery, and returns are controlled by the merchant. See the full affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use automated means to extract substantial portions of it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict abusive use.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Catbreed disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, adoption choices, third-party products, or reliance on breed-level information. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
