Cat Match Reports are personalized digital products delivered immediately after successful payment.
Effective September 26, 20267-day happiness guarantee
If your Cat Match Report is not useful, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will refund it. This guarantee is in addition to any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
When we can help
Contact us within 14 days if you were charged more than once for the same report, payment succeeded but the report cannot be opened or recovered, or the delivered file is materially corrupted. We will first try to restore or replace access and, when that is not reasonably possible or a duplicate charge is confirmed, issue an appropriate refund.
How to request support
Use the contact form, choose “Purchase or refund,” and include the email used at Stripe checkout plus any checkout or report reference you have. Never send a full card number or security code.
Third-party purchases
Items purchased through Amazon or another merchant are sold, fulfilled, returned, and refunded under that merchant’s policies. Catbreed cannot issue refunds for third-party products.
